That luia turkey amuses me. :) changes all the time. There really isnt family cooking traditions, no one really enjoys cooking, except me and my Grandmother.- she bakes allot of cookie. I always enjoyed eating the food I made. BUt I didnt know I was pretty good at cooking until I brought a apple pie, pumpkin pie, and 2 diffrent types of corn bread.. to a thanksgiving one year at my grandmothers...(all complelty from scratch) family and family freinds raved and perferred mine over my grandmothers - and she is an excellent baker. so as soon as I got the grandma seal of approval, I knew for sure, I was good. :) I used to cook breaded chicken with oil before I found it you were supossed to use eggs. HUGE differance. :)
