Sugar Cookie Frosting
Love this - perfect! Stores nicely in layers between waxed paper. I used this on my holiday cookies last Christmas and it is fantastic.

Fresh Strawberry Scones
I used orange peel instead of lemon and heavy cream instead of light and they turned out fine. Whenever I make scones, I skip the kneading and just spoon the dough on the parchment. They still taste great and have a pleasant texture. Thanks for this fun use of my summer strawberries!

Creamy Parsley Veggie Dip
I made this for a party, and I was pleasantly surprised. Great flavor and texture. I definitely recommend this. I did add a second clove of garlic, and I used horseradish mustard instead of dijon to give it a little more kick.
