Baked Tofu Bites
It was really good. I recomend baking longer than the recipe says however by an extra 10 minutes and soak over night to really get the flavor

Rainbow Veggie Chili
I made this with my boyfriend who is a huge meat eater and we both loved it. I added a bit more of the cayanne peper to spice it up more and put soy sour cream(tofuti brand) on top and stired it in (after it was in the bowl and almost ready to be eaten) to make it creamier. It is sure to satisfy and I will make it a lot. Great recipe.

Vegetarian Tortilla Stew
This is my favorite soup ever! I put sour cream in it and I used red enchilada sauce instead of the green. I also added a little extra kick by adding 2 tablespoons of extra hot hot sauce. I also added olives and some other misc. things. It's a recipe easy to change to your personal taste. Definetly need to try it! Such a good vegetarian meal!
