I have 3 boys, 4 if you count my husband. Getting them to try new foods is a challenge, but I have finally stopped being a short order cook and expect them to eat what I prepare. I only eat and cook poultry and fish, so that's where my "expertise" lies. Being from Texas and not eating beef breaks some sort of law somewhere I'm sure. I am mainly a baker and try to get my boys in the kitchen to help as much as possible.
