Spanish Chicken
I followed the recipe to the letter and found it was quite good. I shredded the chicken and served it over baked potatoes and then saved the sauce for another day which I again served over baked potatoes.

Pork Chops with Apples, Sweet Potatoes, and Sauerkraut
Totally Yum! Very Easy! I didn't think my family would like the sauerkraut (Im not to found of it myself) but it was REALLY good! I wouldn't change a thing. If you follow the recipe EXACTLY, you will have a perfect dinner...
