Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Very good. Personally I would prefer it without the chicken. I added an extra can of beans instead of the hominy. Next time I will use medium chilies instead of mild for more of a punch.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Use a can of cream of mushroom soup to thicken it. Did not do the thing where you cook the onions separate. Just left those out. Used a can of veg-all as well. Should have enough for 2 pies, froze the broth.

Coconut Macaroons German Style

We had these at a German bakery and loved them, this recipe is very close to the bakery recipe. I made these for Christmas and everyone loved them. Very easy to make and wonderful!

Apricot Brandy Pound Cake I

This cake was expensive to make with the brandy and the different extracts and just not special. If I made it again, I would make an orange juice powdered sugar icing to pour over the top.

Pumpkin Apple Butter

Loved it! It tastes like a bite of pumpkin pie without the calories. I canned mine putting it in little jars tied with a bow and gave as fall gifts.
