Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Though the amount of ingredients were right on, the directions are off. They said to bring the candy up to 285. You really need to cook it until 305, stirring constantly. I made 3 batches following the directions exactly, and the toffee always came out chalky. After reading other reviews I found if you cook it until 305, once cooled it will be perfect in color and will have just the right crunchieness:) I also chose to use chopped pecans-next time I would like to try toasting the pecans to give a sweeter taste to them. This recipe is a keeper, but remember to change the temp! Thanks for sharing:) Yummy!!!

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

This recipe is AMAZING!!! I followed the recipe exactly, but when it came to rolling it up in the towel, I took another's advice on dampening the towel slightly, which worked great! Maybe its because I'm 9 months pregnant, butI have to say this is my favorite dessert now-and is totally worth being fat for lol! Thanks for posting this piece of heaven!

Zucchini Herb Casserole

This was a pretty good side dish. I thought it needed a little more rice, so I upped it to 3/4 c. I used EVOO instead of veggie oil, and increased the spices by 1/4-1/2 tea each. Other than that it was a good dish!

Morning Glory Muffins I

Wow, these are great! I had this recipe sitting in my box for over 2 years thinking 'they couldn't be that good' I was totally wrong! These are fabulous! Instead of using raisins, I added 3/4 c walnuts (I don't like raisins:) Next time I'm going to dial down the sugar a smige, but they are GREAT the way they are-Thank you sooo much for sharing this recipe, my picky eater kiddos kept asking for more!

Simply Delicious Quesadillas

Wow, these were knock your socks off good-for a quesadilla!!! The bean mixture is fantastic...not sure what the roll of the honey is, but I'm not changing it:) I did however crisp the tortillas under the broiler by brushing a small amount of olive oil. then I added the beans and cheese...sooooo good! I'm pregnant, and this totally hit the spot for cravings. Thanks for sharing!!!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

I did mine in a 9" cake pan. I only made it a single layer, but used 3/4 of the batter. I had to increase the cook time by 18 min. It turned out great!!! Next time I think I'll add 1/2 c. coconut flakes, and 1 tabl. coconut extract to the mix. Yummy! Thanks for sharing:)

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

These were so delicious! I scaled down the recipe using the calculator for a family of 4. I used 2 lbs red potatoes, 3 tabl. butter, 4 oz. romano cheese, 1 tabl. garlic, 1/4 tea salt, and 1/2 tea oregano. They came out great!!!

Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes

Amazing! We love these at our house. We have them at least once a week. My son whose allergic to milk (amongst other things) uses rice milk instead of reg. milk. It still tastes wonderful! I feel good about serving these to my kids, they're healthier than the alternative! Thanks for sharing:)

Pizza Dough I

This is a great recipe for a quick pizza. If you have time to spare try adding 2 minced garlic cloves into the dough along with 1 tea. fresh minced basil. Since I did have extra time I used 1 1/4c. warm water, 3 tabl. extra virgin olive oil in place of the veggie oil, I decreased the salt by half, and allowed it to rise for 1-1/2 hours. This recipe is great just the way it is, but if you find you have a little extra time, try adding to it! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!!

Quiche

I followed the recipe exactly. I'll have to make some changed for this one to work. It first needs to be to cook 50min-1 hour longer. It lacks flavor, but isn't bad. Next time I will add 1/2 c. feta, 1/2c. black forest ham, and will increase the broccoli by 1/2c. The quiche isn't bad, just needs some tweaks here and there. I think its a great recipe to add ingredients to. Thanks for sharing!

"There's a party in my tummy-so yummy, so yummy":) This is sooo good! It turned out wonderful! We pounced on it while it was still warm, and added a scoop of whip cream...made it taste like apple pie! Next time I'll add crumbled pie crust! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Monkey Peanut Butter Bars

I made the bars according to recipe, and didn't like how they turned out. I thought the icing was was too much. So I made my own version...I kept the crust as is, and instead of the icing I sprinkled 1/2 c. coconut, 1/3 c. chopped walnuts, 1/4c. semi-sweet choc. chips, and then I melted 2 tabl. peanut butter, with 4 tabl. semi-sweet choc chips and drizzled it on top (to help hold the other toppings on) I placed it in the frig for 1 hour, and served! Yummmy! Thanks for the inspiration!!

Peanut Butter Cake II

Amazing! I took 3 peanut butter cups crushed them and sprinkled over top to make it look fancy. I also added them on top of the middle layer before placing the top layer. Mmmm people are still raving about it when I made it 6 months ago! Thank you for sharing:)

Jay's Jerk Chicken

Wow, I'm not much of a chicken fan, but I must say this is one of my favorite chicken dishes now! There are two things I changed, instead of veggie oil, I used Extra virgin olive oil, and I thought it needed a bit more heat...I like things a little more spicy, so I will try leaving the ribs on the jalapeno next time I make this dish. Thank you so much for sharing! Oh and the longer you marinade, the more flavorful...the better!

Caramelized Baked Chicken

This is soooo good!!! My husband kids, and I love it=) I did notice that the sauce didn't thicken after baking. So the next time I made it, I added 1 tabl. corn starch to the sauce, poured it over the chicken, and baked as directed. It turned out wonderful! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Found this to be really tasty. Instead of using kabobs, I placed foil on the grill, and sprayed it with non-stick. I served it over brown rice. Also I made extra sauce (oil, honey, and soy sauce) to drizzle over the chicken and rice. Yummmmy! I also added sliced zucchini to the mix=)
