I am a Sr Systems Engineer in the IT dept of one of the largest food retailers in the U.S.
My favorite things to cook
I like to experiment. I love to grill on my gas grill. I cook meat loaf on the grill. I bake potatoes. I do skinned chicken breasts rubbed in lots of garlic. We never have turkey any more that is not done on the rotisserie on the grill. It takes less time and is more moist than any other way. I put absolutely nothing on the bird and it is absolutely delicious. I start it on high until the skin just starts to brown and then turn the temp down and try to keep it arount 350 - 375 and cook until 180. I make a great chicken pot pie in a biscuit shell. I do a great broiled potato in butter and garlic.
