Photographer. I enjoy experimenting with recipes. Preparing a traditional, Ukrainian, 12 course, meatless, Christmas Eve dinner and Easter Brunch, with my daughter Larissa, for our extended family. Very many! Some I can't repeat because they were impromptu experiments. One really stands out. Trying to see if I could use a bread machine to bake a Ukrainian traditional Easter Bread. When it started to "rise", it oozed out of the machine unto the counter and on to the floor! "Messy" is an understatement!
