Delish! This recipe is perfect as written. Even my five year old pickey eater loved it. Mine probably wasn't as creamy perfect as a professional, but with repeated practice I hope to make it there. Try this recipe, you won't be sorry.

This is an excellent mac & cheese! I added in a little onion powder - and as others suggested some milk to make more creamier (1/2 & 1/2 would be ideal!) If you prefer "less homemade" you could substitute some of the sharp cheddar for velveta cheese. I was low on parmesan cheese, so I threw in a little italian cheese blend. If feeding a crowd you will want to double the recipe - this stuff goes fast!
