Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
It was GREAT!! I did take the advise of others and replaced sugar with powdered sugar. I also put the finished product in the refrigerator to set before frosting the cake, to ensure it wasn't runny.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
De-lish. Only a couple modifications were made. I used 2 packages of the dried Italian dressing and low-fat versions of the cream cheese and soup

Easy Lasagna II
My family did not enjoy this at all!!! The noddles did not cook all the way and there was not enough sauce.
