Hearty Split Pea Soup
I agree with all the other reviews. I followed the recipe layering etc. with just a couple changes: Used chicken broth, more than 5 cups, did not use the milk either, added my ham bone(ie why more than 5 cups broth) and forgot the bay leave. Put in crock over night. In the am, I sifted the bone and extra fat out. Gave it a big stir and OMG it was fantastic! It's for dinner tonight! I am having a hard time keeping my husband away from the pot! Thanks Deanna W.

Garlic and Dill Salmon
This was Great! Used the recipe for a dinner made especially for my father in law and he loved it. Used a little lemon on the salmon before the rub. It was easy to follow and yummie! Took a little longer in the oven then 15min. Could be my oven? Served Crab cakes before and Asperagas/carrots with dill as a side!

Smooth Sweet Tea
My husband is from South Carolina and this tea passed the ultimate test! We loved it, it was easy, just added a slice of Orange with a straw and we were set! Can't wait to make it for my friends!
