This was amazing, I served this to family visiting and they raved about it. I used Bertoli mushroom-stuffed ravioli; I think cheese raviolli would have been far too much cheese. It was divine, five star quality without a doubt, very "expensive" tasting.I served this with a salad with raspberry vinegrette and crusty bread. YUM

This was very good, a great texture and didn't fall apart like some meatloaves...my husband liked it more than I did, I didn't really like the flavor of the onion soup/steak sauce. Just depends on what your tastes are, but it is a good recipe.

I rarely give recipes five stars unless they are really something special...this is! It is so deliciously unique, unlike anything I can remember eating...and addictive, too. I found myself going back for a bite here, a bite there...anyway, this is a unique recipe, so if you're looking for traditional potato salad this isn't it. I served this with grilled brats and beer on a hot day, so yummy. Only tip: DOUBLE the sauce recipe, no matter how many potatoes you use! Also, the recipe calls for far too many potatoes...I doubled the sauce and still left some potatoes out because the sauce wouldn't cover them all (I used medium-small yellow potatoes). Thanks for a very delicious and authentic recipe!!!!

My family really enjoyed this, and was a nice change from "ordinary" tacos, as well as being very easy. The only changes I made were to add a layer of salsa (this step is really needed to add a little moisture and really adds that extra something), used ground turkey instead of beef, and used low-fat sour cream. Yummy!!

Very good recipe, I too omitted the water and added salsa (which is a little watery itself), as well as using enchilada sauce. Also, following others' reviews I boiled the chicken breasts in broth and shredded it, which I think make this recipe more authentic. My entire family loved them! Thanks!!

Really good, tastes alot like a meatloaf, very flavorful. I followed others' advice and addes Worchester and soy sauce, and I also used eggbeaters instead of the eggwhite. I used light/dark turkey meat, I would think they might be a little dry if you use ground turkey breast but they would be healthier, perhaps I'll try it with the breast and report back ( :

Yes, this is by far the best cheesecake I've ever made or tasted. Mine cracked, even after following the tips, but it didn't matter because the taste of this is divine, absolutely perfect 10...thanks Chantal!!!
