Alfredo Sauce
Absolutely perfect. I grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and Romano cheeses, and used half-&-half because I didn't have any heavy cream. Still turned out perfect. Doubled the recipe to use it to make the "Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups" recipe from this site. Dinner turned out amazing and the family loved it.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups
I added one chopped boneless skinless breast of chicken and four chopped large mushrooms into the sauce mixture, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Also, I used the "Alfredo Sauce" recipe from this site (doubled) which was perfect. Family loved it.

Chicken Tortilla Soup
Not bad, but lacking some "WOW". I made this recipe exactly as directed. I also added a small can of diced chile peppers, and still it seemed somewhat bland to me. Afterward, my wife suggested it could benefit from some added wild rice (which would significantly lengthen cooking time) and I agreed. However, it still seemed to be missing "something" with that ZING that I look for in a southwestern dish. Otherwise, very quick and easy.
