Chinese Cabbage Salad

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake
it was okay, the only thing wrong was that the cake was a little bit dry, tough, and too heavy!!! It may be a high altitude thing that I didn't think about!!! I will definitely try it again, taking high altitude into account!!!
