This dish was one of the best I have tried. I absolutely love prosciutto and highly recommend this dish to other prosciutto lovers. The entire family loved it. Even my husband who is not a big fan of creamy sauces. This dish is not the healthiest dish because of the cream and cheese, but perfect as a treat once in a while.

I loved this marinade. Simple ingredients I had in the house, and the meat really had a nice taste. The pineapple is a nice touch, the kids loved that part.
