Mom of three kids (17, 14 and 11) I work for a Bank, but love to cook in my spare time. Anything new. I bore easily, and Im a 'recipe tweaker' - I gotta make things my own. When the oil needs changing in the deep fryer, we come up with crazy ideas as to what we should batter and fry!! The kids love it...we have done deep fried twinkies, mars bars, corn dogs, doughnuts...next is battered Oreos I think :o) Corn muffins - with niblets. I STILL hear about how bad they were from friends who were over for dinner. I thought they were good!
