I've always loved cooking! As a child I just fell in love and even wanted to become a professional chef or baker for many many years. Lately I've been experimenting with recipes - it's a lot of fun! :) Anything chocolate!! Especially dark chocolate! Puerto Rican cuisine! It's soooo good! I've never met anyone who didn't like it! Try it! Experimentation is fun but you do get flops sometimes - but it's worth it for when you hit on a winner!
