Szechuan Beef
This recipe is too blah! Increase the soy sauce and red peppers improved the taste. I won't be making it again. Connie

Honey Glazed Pea Pods and Carrots
I fixed this with sliced frozen carrots and fresh pea pods. The contrasting colors and shapes adds much to the visual effect. I rate this as excellent.
