Apple Turnovers
These were great and so easy to make. I diced the apples instead of slicing, but other than that, followed the recipe exactly. My husband, who is notorious for not liking baked goods, ate two in one sitting.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
I've been using this recipe for several years now and the rolls always turn out great. My family looks forward to them each holiday! To make my rolls even softer, I let the dough rest in the bread machine when the cycle completes for about an hour, roll them out, and let them rise for another 2 or 3 hours (if time allows). You can also make them and roll them out a day ahead of time, wrap them tight with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight. Amazing recipe that could not be any easier!

White Chip Chocolate Cookies
I thought they were just "okay." I took mine out of the oven after 8 minutes. They have a good, soft texture, but the flavor isn't great. Maybe some melted chocolate chips or bakers chocolate to give it a "smoother" chocolate taste would help.
