Awesome! Followed recipe, but didn’t have 7 hours to cook. Placed everything in my Nesco 6qt roaster for about 3 1/2 hours at 350 then turned down to 300 until ready to serve. After toasting the rolls, I placed the meat on the buns, covered with muenster cheese and put under the broiler to melt. I then gave them a generous smear of of Adzel's Creamy Horseradish Garlic Spread from this site and served with a ramekin of au jus for dipping. The contrast of the zesty, cold horseradish spread with the hot meat and au jus was absolutely delicious!
