Kentucky Biscuits

I have just made my 4th batch of these in 3 days. Everyone loved them. I followed the comments by some reviewers suggesting the butter be put in the freezer and grated. This is a keeper.

Creamy Horseradish Garlic Spread

Awesome! Served with lonwolf32’s Easy Slow Cooker French Dip sandwiches I gave them a generous smear of this and served with ramekin of au jus for dipping. The contrast of the zesty, cold horseradish spread with the hot meat and au jus was absolutely delicious!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Awesome! Followed recipe, but didn’t have 7 hours to cook. Placed everything in my Nesco 6qt roaster for about 3 1/2 hours at 350 then turned down to 300 until ready to serve. After toasting the rolls, I placed the meat on the buns, covered with muenster cheese and put under the broiler to melt. I then gave them a generous smear of of Adzel's Creamy Horseradish Garlic Spread from this site and served with a ramekin of au jus for dipping. The contrast of the zesty, cold horseradish spread with the hot meat and au jus was absolutely delicious!

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Wow! Took this to a Memorial day cookout, figured the kids would love it - and they did, but the adults devoured it! So easy to make, will definately make again!

Baked Seafood Au Gratin

Sauerkraut Hot Dog Topping

We recently had our fist day that it was nice enough to grill in Ohio. Made this to put on bratwurst. It was perfect! Everyone loved it! Perfect mix of sweet and tangy. Will definately be making again!

Spicy Bean Salsa

Wow! Definately a keeper! Everyone loves this! Easy to make, light, satisfying and tasty. I prefer to use red onion and diced fresh tomatoes instead of canned.

Oven Beef Stew

I've tried a few other beef stew recipes but stopped looking once I found this one. Easy, satisfying, and very tasty. Like others, I doubled everything. I also added peas and garlic. Delicious!

Apple Dapple Cake

I added 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, 3/4 teaspoons ground cloves and 3/4 teaspoons ground allspice. I also sprinkled additional walnuts on top before baking. Awesome!

Orange Crunch Cake

I just had my 4th request for this cake in 3 weeks. Followed the recipe exactly, turns out great everytime! Great springtime or summer cake. Do not beat the whipped topping into the whipped frosting. The whipped topping should be folded in.

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

These were delicious! Made these as mini muffins. Used whole wheat flour and replaced the oil with applesauce. Delicious with a smear of low fat cream cheese.

Turkey Pot Pie

Had lots of leftover turkey following Thanksgiving dinner. Invited friends over, but wanted to more than just re-heating everything. I followed the recipe, but made the following additions based on some of the reviews and personal tastes. Added 1/2 cup frozen peas, 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. This was EXCELENT!!! Great, satisfying comfort food.
