Golden Potato Soup
THIS IS VERY SIMILAR TO MY DAUGHTERS FAVORITE SOUP. A COUPLE OF CHANGES WILL MAKE IT 5 STARS! WE DICE A COUPLE OF SLICES OF BACON AND BROWN, REMOVE AND SAUTE THE ONITON AND CELERY IN BACON GREASE UNTIL SOFTENED. THE REST IS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME , BUT WHEN THE POTATOES ARE COOKED STIR IN THE BROWNED BACON WITH THE CHESE AND KATE LIKES TO ADD A BIT OF FROZEN CORN. ONE NOTE: BE VERY CAREFUL WITH SALTING, YOU PROBABLY WILL NOT NEED ANY AT ALL.
