Quick Caribbean Quesadillas

This is the best combination of chicken and fruit that i have tried. The sweetness from the preserves and the saltiness from the bacon is the best. My kids and husband request this meal all the time.

Cream Cheese Brownies

I did not care for these at all. I have a recipe that uses crescent rolls and the cream cheese filling minus the flour and egg that is way better. Thanks but no thanks.

Apple Pork Chop Casserole

This was pretty tasty. My family did not say a word at the table and ate the stuffing even though it looked mushy. The taste of the stuffing was awesome but the presentation was not. With a few alterations this could be very good. It beats having to stuff the chops.

Pretty Chicken Marinade

The best marinade ever hands down. I did not have spicy brown mustard so I added what I had on hand wc was dijon. It was wonderful

These were awesome. I loved it as well as my 3 kids ages 2,4,and 7 and my husband. After i let the batter sit i put it in a ziploc bag and cut the tip off and squirted in abt tsp increments into the oil.

I could only give it 4 stars bc bot everyone in my house liked it. My kids loved it and my husband did not care for it too much. Personally I loved the simplicity, the cost, and the taste.

These were alright. Nothing spectacular. I halved the liqid smoke if I were to try them again I would leave the recipe as is.

Traditional Mashed Potatoes

I have made mashed potatoes w/ all these ingredients before but it seemed warming up the milk made a huge difference. I also popped a whole clove of garlic in the pot w/ the boiling potatoes and mashed it up w/ the rest of everything else and it was wonderful.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

This was the best piece of butt I have ever had. I had a 3.2 lb roast and added 1/2 the amt of salt wc I used kosher bc that was all I could find and i added extra liquid smoke. I cooked it for about 11 1/2 hrs and it came out perfect. My kids did not say one word during dinner wc is very unusual.

Better Than Best Fried Chicken

This is the only way I make chicken tenders or nuggets. This is a very simpl recipe and very tasty as well. You can add your own spices as it fits the theme of the meal.

Sweet and Sour Chicken III

This is pretty good. It is the closest thing that I have cooked that tasted even remotely close to take out. I used a frozen bagif stir fry wc really made this recipe a go to meal on those busy days.

Oven Roasted Potatoes

These were easy and delicious. I looked them up at the last min and added whatever spices i wanted. The recipe is so versatile. I did not add the redd pepper flakes due to the 3 young children i have. I also added baby carrots to it and they tasted wonderful as well.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

I an italian and needless to say i have had and made a lot of different alfredos and I did not like this one very much. After making so many different pasts dishes for my family they did not prefer this one either. Sorry but i will not try this one again.

Mexican Egg Rolls

Simple BBQ Ribs

I haved to give this recipe 5 stars even though i decided to put the ribs on the grill to finish them off and burnt them to a crisp. The meat that was edible to eat was awesome. Will try this again and I know that it will be worthe the 5 stars.
