Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made these cookies and they were wonderful!!! i didn't have any chocolate, so we replaced it with cocoa powder and oil (for every ounce of chocolate, you use three tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of oil.) We also omitted the walnuts. With the cocoa powder mixture instead of the Chocolate, the cookies didn't look like the picture at all, but they till tasted good. They're also a bit on the crumbly side. They seem very soft when you first take them out of the oven, but they get more firm as they cool. As I said, though, they're quite a bit crumbly. Almost soft.

Easy Mexicali Pork Chops
It was really good!!! We tried it as the meat for some tacos, and the only complaint I got was that it was kind of salty. Other than that, it was not bad at all!!!

Ice Cream Scones
I used vanilla ice cream, and they were wonderful!!!! I don't quite know if I used enough ice cream, though, becuase I measured it before I melted it, and it was a little trick to get into the measuring cup from the bowl. It was really sticky for me, so make sure you have plenty of flour on hand!!!
