Peanut Butter Noodles
Yummy!!! A new favorite--I've made it twice in three days. A great, easy recipe that is ready faster than the noodles! I like to add extra peanut butter and I use chili powder instead of paste because that's what I have. Highly recommended!

Mexican Pasta
I have been looking for a tasty vegan pasta salad and decided to try this (as a salad, not a cooked entree). It was great! Definitely better when chilled overnight. I made the recipe as written, except I added extra corn, peppers, and fresh tomatoes, put lime juice on top, and did not cook any of the veggies. Very tasty the next day!

Egyptian Koshari
I followed another reviewer's advise and added 1/2 cilantro and 1 tsp cumin and blended the sauce in a food processor. Yum! If I hadn't added the extra seasoning, this recipe would only be 3 stars. My friend who had lived in Egypt said it was very similar to what she'd eaten there. Also, put lime or lemon juice on top. Yum!!!
