African Peanut Soup
I may be the only one who's taste buds prefer this, but I thought it needed some sugar added for a sweet and creamy peanut-y flavor. I added about a 1/2 cup sugar and also some salt, and it was fabulous!

Zesty Porcupine Meatballs
Maybe because I used 7% lean ground beef it turned out so dry? It really wasn't the greatest, I have a Russian recipe for meatballs that is so much better!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Delicious! It came out perfectly! It is perfect to serve on a rainy, cold evening for supper.
