Sausage Balls
My husband and I didn't really like these. The sausage balls were dry and didn't really have much taste. We ended up having to use a lot of syrup to even eat them. Probably won't make this again.

Artichoke Chicken
I really enjoyed the topping but someone was missing on the chicken. I'll probably try this again but I'm going to need to make some changes. I'll keep you posted on the results!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole I
This meal was pretty good but a little too runny even without the chicken stock. We also found it a little too spicy. I will probably try to make this again but make a few changes.
