I'm a Cuban-American living in England. I'm originally from Miami, but I've lived all over the U.S. and abroad. Anything new! There's nothing like the accomplishment of cooking something new and having it turn out delicious! Being Cuban, I love cooking anything with that caribbean flavor... black beans and rice, picadillo, Cuban sandwiches!!! I just made my first Christmas meal, and it was a hit!!! Everyone loved everything and asked me for the recipes!! I have yet to have one big tragedy, just a bunch of small ones that turn out for a not bad, but not tasty meal.
