Mulligatawny Soup I

I consider myself an Indian food aficionado and average cook, but this just didn't taste to me like authentic Mulligatawny soup. I found this soup to be quite on the bland side. I followed to directions to the TEE and I don't know what went wrong, if anything. I think I'll move on and try another recipe to find that "taste" I am looking for. I honestly don't see what all the fuss is about, definitely not 5 stars.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Ok, as another reviewer said, this recipe is NOT five stars, however, the recipe created with all the alterations may well be worthy of it. But it is not the recipe listed. Rating a recipe based on severe modifications made by you and not the exact recipe isn't fair. I made this recipe twice, one with the exact recipe and one with the recommended modifications. The original recipe is very bland, it just needed something. You can tell by the recipe itself there is a lack of spice and seasoning. I do love the idea of cream cheese in it though, it made it very creamy. The modified stroganoff was excellent and I do recommend people try it. Do exactly what is told in the reviews. Just don't come back here and rate the dish you made, because it's not the author's recipe.

Tabbouleh I

This tabbouleh would have been good if it weren't so oily. I found it quite oily in comparison to what I would get in a good Lebanese restaurant.

Indian Chicken Curry II

Very good. I successfully used tomato soup in place of the tomato paste. I used fresh ginger, mushrooms, onion, and red pepper, as well as a whole can of coconut milk.
