I'm a stay-at-home mom of 2 young boys. I love to cook and create new recipes for my picky family. I'm married to a wonderful man from Great Britain, and when I brought him to the U.S. he came with a bland taste for food. We are slowly working on that! I like to try to cook new things. My favorite things to attempt are Indian, Thai and Italian foods. I also have a passion for baking, and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't! We are cookie fanatics in the house so i'm always trying new cookie recipes! My mom has no taste buds so unfortunately my favorite family cooking traditions include making some of my favorite childhood dishes. "Goulash" is one of them, and it is comprised of hamburger, elbow macaroni, tomato juice and salt. Yummy. This is a bland staple in our house! I usually screw up recipes the first time I try them. It takes several attempts for me to successfully complete a recipe.
