These are positively wonderful ! I used acrylic candy molds in the shape of small cupcake papers. This gave me 60 pieces of candy. Easy to chill and then tap the molds, upside down, on a cookie sheet and they pop right out.

This one is wonderful. Over the years I have tried many recipes and all of them seem watery. Baking the potatoes in the microwave seems to eliminate this problem as the extra moisture evaporates before it goes into the sauce. I will add a little more seasoning next time as it was just a touch flat for us. I'm thinking just 1/4 tsp. cayanne pepper might be perfect. Yummmmmmmy !

I have never made a pecan pie before. A friend asked me to bake one for her so I went to All Recipes and tried this one. My friend and all of her guests raved about this. She said it's rich and she cut smallish pieces but she said it was the best one she has had since her Grandmother used to bake them.
