Garlic Bread Fantastique
Agreed with all of the other reviews that it was GOOD, but too salty. I really liked the butter/mayo mixture, but will omit the salt next time.

Meatball Sandwich
I used this recipe to make spaghetti and meatballs. I followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. I was nervous about only baking it for 20 min, so I left them in the oven for 25. Will probably up that to 30 min next time.

Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef
Very good. I like things spicy so I used about 3 tbl of red pepper and used red chili oil instead of peanut oil. I also added carrots since I didn't have enough green onions on hand. I will definitely make again.
