French Toast Casserole
Super easy and a hit with my kids. We used it as a 'breakfast for dinner' entree' and it will go in the rotation! I added utilized another reviewers suggestions, and added 1/3 c baking mix to the egg/milk mixture. I also melted about 2 TBSP butter in the pan per her suggestion, also. The only other change I made, was that I added about 2 TBSP brown sugar to the topping and it was YUMMY!!!!!!

Strawberry Bread
WONDERFUL with the changes as follows: less sugar (1.5 cups), more strawberries (3 cups), and replacement of all the oil with applesauce (1 cup). Great flavor and ended up with 4 mini loaves and 9 muffins! This is a keeper!

Quick and Easy Monkey Bread
Very tasty and easy, too! I used sugar free pudding and Splenda and it turned out great! I also tried substituting the brown sugar with Splenda brown sugar and it was ok, but it more gooey with the regular brown sugar.
