Boiled Bagels
These were fantastic! My 2 year old helped me make them and they still turned out great. He added a bit more sugar to the mix, maybe 1/2 T and I put 1 T molasses and 1 T sugar in the boiling water. As per other reviewers I made these bigger and cut the dough in 8 pieces instead of 12 and let the rise again for 30 minutes. Way better than store bought and much cheaper too!!

Whole Wheat Beer Bread
Help! What did I do! I love beer bread. And I love wheat bread, so why did this not turn out? I made exactly as stated. Didn't even add the butter. It tasted metallic-y. Was it the baking powder? I thought 4 1/2 t. sounded like way too much, but went with it since none of the reviewers mentioned anything. Want to make it again but not if that is really the final product! Adding some sharp cheddar cheese made it edible.

Peanut Butter Cup Grilled Sandwich
A local restaurant makes a similar sandwhich that I crave often. It has Nutella, PB and marshmallow creme toasted between white bread. It's sort of like a s'mores without the campfire. Delicious!
