Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken
EASY AND TASTY. REPLACED THE DILL WITH SOME TARRAGON AND ITALIAN SEASON. I THINK ANY "TWEAKING" WOULD WORK WELL WITH THIS BASE. ENDED UP COOKING THE CHICKEN 35-40 MIN.

Uglies
A GREAT TWIST ON WHAT TO DO WITH HAMBURGER. EASY AND FLAVORFUL. WE MADE EXTRA FILLING AND USED IN A STORE PREPARED PIE CRUST. BAKED WITH THE MUFFIN CUPS AND BOTH WERE JUST DELICIOSOUS. THANKS FOR THE RECIPE.
