Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
This was fabulous and I had to add it to my recipe box! I substituted Italian bread crumbs for plain. To crisp it up, put it under broiler for a moment or two before serving. My husband said this is a keeper! Thanks!

Dill Pickle Meatloaf
This was good - very tasty as one would expect. I followed the recipe exactly and I don't think it needed anything.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This was fabulous. I tried it in the crock pot, then the second time I made it, I cooked it on the stove in about an hour. I broiled the 3 chix breasts in the oven using low heat. It took about 45 minutes. I simmered the rest of the ingredients while they cooked. Then I chopped the chicken and added it. Let it simmer a couple minutes and serve. Great!
