Hi! My online name is SpiceBazaar. I like cooking. I have always been interested in cooking, and both of my parents are budding chefs. I like baking, bread and stuff. its great fun. i also like making stews and desserts. I really love Indian food, but I find that it is slightly hard and bothersome to make. but that might be due to the fact that I just started cooking Indian food a few months ago:*) My family has sported a long line of some budding chefs that outdid themselves, and some would-be budding chefs who kept on trying to make good things and not really succeeding. But we always have made the best brunch and the best party food! About a year ago, I made my first Totally Incredible HUGE feast that the five guests we had over couldn't finish it even though they kept going on about how good it was. For some reason I keep on finding the best sounding recipes, I make them, and they turn out horrible. One time I was cooking dinner for my family (5 people) and just as I was taking the bread (the main course) out of the oven after half an hour of cooking, I realized that I had forgotten to turn on the oven. we ended up going out to dinner that night.
