My favorite things to cook
I am a scientist at heart, and treat my kitchen as a sciense laboratory. I make dishes according to my inspiration at the time and right now i'm in the "indian" streak. I think that one should always try a new things.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
Excellent when made in bread machine as a loaf or in the oven, a little better when in the oven. Sweet and fluffy, but not caky.

Cheesy Fried Potatoes
Absolutely disgusting! By the time potatoes are done bacon is nothing but hard stone-like crumbs, and onion is so dehidrated it's in shock. All the good aroma of bacon is floating around the kitchen, but none of it is in potatoes.
