Romaine Rice Tuna Salad
Very simple yet the result is unique flavors and very good. Didn't change a thing because nothing needed to be changed. Made this several times, using a higher grade Balsamic really makes this shine as it is the most dominant flavor present.

Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup
Three words to describe this soup EXCELLENT!!! (my mouth was full with this great soup and I was only able to say one :) Skipped the Evap milk...awesome soup!

Scalloped Potatoes II
Love this recipe!!! I usualy add some chopped onion and a little cheese. If I make 2 batches I'll add garlic powder to one. Anyway you make it is simple and quite good. 5 stars cuz that's all there is!
