I remember my Mom making these when I was little. I made them exactly as the recipe stated and they came out perfectly. They are "to die for" good and I don't have any other comments because they are perfect as is!

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Yummy!!! I used 16 ounces of Velveeta instead of 8 oz. Of American cheese and 8 oz. of processed cheese and it turned out great. I also used Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs for the top. I used the amount of macaroni that the recipe called for and it was nice and creamy.

Alfredo Sauce

This sauce was wonderful! I made this on a Friday during Lent when I needed a meatless dish. I only made a couple of changes to it. I made it just as stated in the recipe and thought it was a little too thick. I thinned it out a bit by using a little milk. I also wanted a little more color so I soaked 1/4 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes in some chicken broth and added them with the parsley. Not only was the dish more colorful, the tomatoes made it more flavorful. I poured it over some whole wheat penne rigate pasta and served it bread and salad. YUM!

Buckeye Cake

This is fantastic! Made it just like the recipe said and it turned out wonderfully! It is very rich so I cut the pieces very small and everyone loved it. People were surprised that I had made it because it ended up looking so professionally done that they thought it was store bought. Making it again for Christmas!

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

I made this tonight and everybody loved it. I made it using fresh carrots but with frozen peas. I also made the rice using chicken broth. It was great!

Orange Chicken Stir Fry

This recipe was really yummy! I make this dish just as the recipe called for but I added some sauteed green peppers to the chicken. Turned out great!

Chicken Pesto a la Lisa

This dish is really yummy!!! I made it exactly like the recipe said to and I made my own pesto with homegrown basil. My children even liked it!!! This dish feeds more like 8 people instead of 6. We had lots left over to have again the next day!
