Alfredo Sauce
This sauce was wonderful! I made this on a Friday during Lent when I needed a meatless dish. I only made a couple of changes to it. I made it just as stated in the recipe and thought it was a little too thick. I thinned it out a bit by using a little milk. I also wanted a little more color so I soaked 1/4 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes in some chicken broth and added them with the parsley. Not only was the dish more colorful, the tomatoes made it more flavorful. I poured it over some whole wheat penne rigate pasta and served it bread and salad. YUM!

Fried Rice Restaurant Style
I made this tonight and everybody loved it. I made it using fresh carrots but with frozen peas. I also made the rice using chicken broth. It was great!

Orange Chicken Stir Fry
This recipe was really yummy! I make this dish just as the recipe called for but I added some sauteed green peppers to the chicken. Turned out great!
