Apple-Glazed Pork Chops
Made it straight as described in recipe - everything cooked nicely, and was nice and juicy... but terribly bland. The only flavor the pork had was a touch of rosemary, and the onions/apples mixture was not anywhere near as flavorful as I'd hoped. Will look for a stronger flavor recipe.
