About this Cook
I am on active duty in the Navy, have been for the last 6 years. I was stationed in Italy for 3 years where I became incredibly proficient at cooking Italian cuisine. Currently I am stationed in Virginia and living with my husband and our 2 dogs in North Carolina. I cook as much as I can, but a lot of times my schedule isn't that great. I can't wait to get out and have more time for cooking since it's such a passion of mine!

I cooked my first Thanksgiving dinner a few years ago for my friends stationed in Italy with me. It was a complete success, I cooked one turkey and deep fried a second and I had absolutely no leftovers, darn it!!

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
I made this for Christmas and my husband and family just raved about it! The pork comes out so moist and delicious and the glaze is just right, not too sweet and not too rich either. Perfect! I will definitely make this again! Thanks!!
