This was a huge hit with my 2 year old, 5 year old twins and my husband - definately a keeper recipe, it will be going in my rotation of meals. Thanks for the great recipe - I did add more cheese than called out, but rest of the meal I kept per recipe!

Old Settlers' Baked Beans

These baked beans were quite good. The only thing holding them off from being 5 stars to me is there was something missing from the sauce. I think I'll try to add some wortceshire sauce and honey to the sauce next time, but overall they were very good.

Big Smokey Burgers

I did not care for this recipe. I like the taste of hamburger and I just like to enhance the burger taste. This recipe totally overcame all the taste of beef. I was very disappointed and will not use this recipe again.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

This was SO SO SO delicious! Absolutely the best shrimp ever. Even my husband who doesn't like shrimp LOVED this recipe. I will use the marianade for chicken and fish now too as well as shrimp. EXCELLENT and SO easy!.. thanks so much for the great addition to my dinner list!

Brown Rice

This rice was too much. If you don't like rice and you want to like "rice" this is what you make. If you like rice you won't like this recipe nearly as much as standard rice. I served it at a dinner party with grilled shrimp and it took away from how good the shrimp and grilled vegetables were...wish I had of just made plain brown or white rice.

Rum Sauce

Mango Salsa Salmon

The salsa is excellent.. I only gave it 4 star because the actual salmon is in my opinion not well seasoned. I used the grilled salmon recipe for the marianate and marianated it over night and added the salsa to it and it was a huge hit at my dinner party! I will be using the salsa recipe over and over again with other kinds of fish too! Thanks for the recipe!

Bread Pudding II

Very yummy bread pudding.. I think a little less bread or a little more of the milk mixture would have been a better balance, but I will definately make it again. I paired it with a rum sauce that was just amazing!

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Very good, next time I would add more water so that the cabage was also in the water because the cabage got pretty shriveled. Also cooking for 12 hours was too long in my opinion, the vegetables were completely falling apart just scooping them on the plate. This recipe is a very easy recipe and my family enjoyed it.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

I love pan fried chicken this way so I thought I would like this recipe, but I didn't.. the cooking methods just didn't taste good together to me. My kids nor my husband ate it. I won't make this again.

Chocolate Liqueur Souffles

I was so dissappointed! I was so excited to make this dessert and it was just a massive dissappointment. I have to say it was one of the easier souffle recipes I have done and they raised beautifully and were absolutely PERFECT consistency, but the taste left much to be desired. The chocolate flavour was pretty much non-existent. I did not do the optional melted chocolate or rasberry in the bottom which I think would have made it better, but these tasted way too eggy and not NEARLY chocolatey enough.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

One of my husband and my favorite. we always saute onions and mushrooms and top french bread with the the beef, onions, mushrooms and mozzerella cheese over the top and broil it in the oven until the mozzerella is a little crispy. DELICIOUS dipped in the aus jus

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

I kind of wish there was 4.5 stars. I think this recipe is very good, but the chocolate is just a TAD dry, I think maybe adding a few egg whites folded in would moisten it up a bit, so it is a little more like souffle. I will try this next time. The cream cheese mixture is very good and offsets the dryness of the chocolate cake part. I will make more cream cheese for the top next time as well and do more like 1/2 and 1/2.
