Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
These cookies tasted absolutely delicious. I read the advice not to over stir a little too late. I think that may have made them a little thin. I soaked the raisins too. I'll make them again for sure.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These were delicious oatmeal cookies. Definitely recommended to keep cooking time around 9-10 minutes. As they cool they get pretty crunchy.

Cheddar Biscuits
These were great! So quick and easy. I omitted the parsley since we are not big fans and used salted butter. Went great with our Eggplant Parmesan.
