Red Velvet Cupcakes
Very dark red, almost maroon. Will use less food coloring next time. Otherwise a+

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
I made these for my hubs& he said "these are the bomb" several times. the dough does appear dry when mixing but dont add anything--its perfect just the way it is! i didnt have nuts so i didnt add any..i did add extra raisins (doubled) and i would recommend that. very good cookie even for a chocolate lover!
