This was absolutely the best potato soup I have ever had!
I made a few changes to make it my own!
I used red skinned potatoes and left the skins on, and put it in the Crock pot and cooked all day on low, about an hour and a half before we ate I added the milk/flour mixture. I doubled the recipe but used the same amount of milk as in the original recipe, making it a real thick soup. I also used Velveeta cheese melted on the stove top and add to the soup right along with the milk and flour mixture.
The only other change I made was i used cooked bacon chopped up rather than ham!
I topped with shredded cheese and served!
I will never ever use another potato soup recipe again! No dissapointments!!
