About this Cook
I love to make delicious food for my family and try new and unique foods. I like to experiment with different spices and bases. Cooking is an art, you can get as creative as you want with the dishes you create. I love sharing my desserts and dishes with my family and friends. When people are constantly asking you for your recipes, that is definetely a great feeling!
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking different kinds of soups in the Winter, my family loves a good filling soup...Winter comfort food. Casseroles are great too, for working moms like myself, casseroles allow for less cleaning time and more time with the fam. I love trying all kinds of different desserts as well. The possiblilites are endless.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother is a wonderful cook. I hope one day I can be a quarter as good as her, and that's pushing it. She makes the most divine chocolate eclairs, cookies, casseroles, fine meats, canned goods, you name it, she does it, and does it best. I use a lot of her staple recipes that are quite extraordinary.
My cooking triumphs
Mastering pastries
My cooking tragedies
undercooking a roast-enough said lol.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II
I halved the recipe and added a flavorful zip. I added all of the following to our edition: 4oz Velveeta cut into cubes, 2 cups uncooked elbow noodles, 1cup milk, 1 can cream of mushroom,1 can cream of broccoli (use your favorite cream soups), 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar-mixed in, 1 can tuna, 1 tsp. tomato basil seasoning, 1 tsp. onion onion seasoning, 1 tsp. garlic, 1 tsp. pepper, 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty light Italian dressing, 1 pkg frozen mixed veggies (gives the casserole a nice color too), added crushed townhouse crackers to the top and drizzled butter over the cracker crumbs and baked...de-licious! My husband loved it!! Very rich and creamy. With all the additions this was far from bland! Even by cutting the recipe in half we had leftovers for work the next day! You can just have fun with this recipe and make it your own. I would use this recipe just as a nice base for your personal touch according to your familie's likes and dislikes.
