Banana Cake X

Oh my GOSH! This was phenomenal! Since I'm allergic to citrus I left out the lemon juice and this cake STILL rocked! I made it as a sheet cake and it's already more than half gone. I will be using this recipe for my daughter's birthday cake!

Brownie Batter + Cupcake = The SECOND BEST Cupcake. Ever

Oh my GOSH! I just made these with my 2 year old on Saturday and they are awesome! I took another reviewer's advice and spooned a little cake batter into the muffin tin before putting the brownie batter in and then covered it with more cake batter. I haven't iced them (chocolate icing is too rich for these, vanilla is not enough, and I have a peanut allergy). Amazing! We will definitely make these again... perhaps for a Christmas gift.

Self-Rising Flour

I LOVE this recipe! I hardly ever buy self rising flour because I rarely use it, but this will keep me from buying boxed mixes of cakes and pancakes. It's so simple!

Pancakes

Oh my gosh! This is to die for. I threw in 3 tsp of sugar and some chocolate chips and we didn't even need syrup. My toddler LOVED these pancakes. I used the recipe for self rising flour (found on this site) and will never go back to buying the boxed stuff again. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Light, fluffy,and just plain old good!

Mozzarella Parmesan Chicken

Delicious! I used cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup with garlic in it, shredded mozzarella and parmesan, and seasoned my chicken with a bit of oregano, sage, garlic powder and catanne pepper. Will definately make again

Lemon Square Bars

I made these three times and still didn't like them. The bottom crust came out too hard and I followed this EXACT. Haven't experimented any more, but when I do I will make modifications
