I also enjoy making Tex-Mex, dips, and anything with meatballs. I love meatballs! Lately, it has been healthy. I love eating food that has great flavor. When I go out to restaurants and really like the meal, I try to recreate it at home. I love the challenge. Homemade ice cream. I got the Kitchen-Aid ice cream attachment for Christmas in 07 and have been making ice cream that is better than what you would find in the specialty ice cream shops. My latest additions have been black raspberry and cookies and cream, and blueberry cheesecake. Yum! I don't really have too many. I enjoy cooking and if I mess up on something, then you can count on me making it again very soon to perfect it.
